Life can bring seasons that leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying more than we know how to hold. You may be navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply sensing that something no longer feels like you. Perhaps you've spent time trying to understand yourself, yet still find yourself caught in familiar patterns or longing to feel more grounded or at ease.

I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can slow down together and gently explore what feels most important. Rather than focusing on what's wrong, I'm interested in understanding your story, the experiences that have shaped you, and the strengths that have helped you make it this far. Together, we'll create space to explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, and cultivate greater self-awareness and capacity to navigate life's challenges.

I believe we heal in connection, with ourselves, with others, and the world around us. I also believe meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to gently turn toward our experiences with curiosity and compassion. Through a holistic lens, we'll pay attention not only to your thoughts and emotions but also to the wisdom of your body, your relationships, and the environments that have shaped you. My hope is that therapy offers a place where you can cultivate a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the life you want to live.

It is a privilege to witness people's stories and an honour to walk alongside them as they navigate life's challenges, deepen their relationship with themselves, and move toward lives that feel more meaningful.

My approach is relational, attachment-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centred. It is influenced by somatic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and depth psychology. Rather than following a single model, I draw from these approaches in ways that honour your unique needs and goals.

I work with:

Adults, couples and groups

Areas of Focus:

Overwhelm, anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, illness, grief and loss, developmental trauma, PTSD symptoms, relationship dynamics, gender and sexuality.
